John Bingham joined the Board of Geodrill in 2004 and became Chairman when the company floated in December 2010. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers. His international banking and corporate-sector career includes company restructuring, business development and strategic planning. He helped bring Geodrill to its successful listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
Dave Harper is the President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Geodrill. With over 35 years of experience in the drilling industry, 30 of those years in management and 28 of those in West Africa, he is passionate about the future of drilling on the continent. Integrating ESG principles into the company’s vision from day one, Geodrill has built a strong legacy of CSR projects in Africa.
Ron Sellwood has more than 20 years of international and senior business experience in the natural resources industry, particularly forest products, mining and drilling. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Boart Longyear and held CFO positions in several Anglo American operations. He is a South African Chartered Accountant.
Peter Prattas is an experienced investment professional with a career spanning over 20 years. He has managed North American securities portfolios and worked as a research analyst with Canadian investment dealers and a U.S.-based global investment bank. He holds CPA, CA and CFA designations.
