Local employment builds the technical skills base each operation depends on and keeps more of the value of a drilling contract inside the host country. Structured, assessed development supports progression from offsider through to driller and shift supervisor.
Safety before site
Every new employee completes HSEQ induction before going to site. Applications are handled by the country office nearest the operation and should include a CV, relevant qualifications and country of residence.
