Management Team

Dave Harper is the President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Geodrill. With over 35 years of experience in the drilling industry, 30 of those years in management and 28 of those in West Africa, he is passionate about the future of drilling on the continent. Mr Harper’s goal to establish a leading international drilling company based in Ghana has been achieved, and the company has expanded its operations into six countries and two continents. Integrating ESG principles into the company’s vision from day one, Geodrill has built a strong legacy of CSR projects in Africa.

Terry Burling is the Chief Operating Officer. Prior to his appointment, Mr Burling served as Operations Manager for Geodrill overseeing the Company’s operations. He has 35 years of experience in the drilling industry, 28 of those years in Ghana and West Africa. Prior to joining Geodrill, Mr Burling supervised drilling projects in Ghana for Stanley Mining Services and in Australia for Leanda Drilling.

Greg Borsk is the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr Borsk is a chartered accountant with over 20 years of private and public company experience in financial management, business development and financial reporting. He previously held senior management positions in investment banking and earned his chartered accountant designation while working with Deloitte & Touche LLP.

Greig Rodger became Executive General Manager in 2017 having joined the company as General Manager in 2016. He is responsible for the overall management and commercial development of the Company’s activities. Greig has 23 years of experience in the drilling industry, all of those years in management and mostly in Africa.

Stephan Rodrigue oversees Geodrill’s commercial development and operational activities throughout French West Africa. Based in Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire, Mr Rodrigue is a geologist with 25 years of experience in geology, environment, hydrogeology and drilling, including more than 15 years in West Africa.

Victoria Prentice has over 20 years of commercial experience. Since 1998, Mrs Prentice has worked in the offshore corporate sector and has been responsible for corporate structures, regulatory and statutory compliance. She has acted as Company Secretary for a licensed financial services company and as a director of several licensed fiduciary companies.
